But you can't be good all the time! Having 'a bit of what you fancy' treat occasionally, eg a handful of chocolate coated peanuts or some sugar free sweets, not only makes you feel good (and satisfies a sweet tooth) it can also helps prevent unhealthy bingeing.
The key is eating a balanced diet, one which incorporates healthy and nutritious food choices, coupled with regular exercise that fits into an individual or family lifestyle.
Drinking lots of fluids, preferably water, and finding time to relax during the day are also very important.
